At Carbonx Technologies, we aim to deliver your order promptly, securely, and with full transparency. By placing an order on carbonxlabs.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


⏳ Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Pre-orders are for products not yet released or restocked.
Estimated fulfillment window:

  • Up to 4–6 weeks, depending on when the order was placed and the delivery location

  • Pre-orders ship on a first-come, first-served basis

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled once production or packaging has begun.


📦 Order Processing (Post Pre-Orders)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Processing time does not include transit or delivery estimates.


🚀 Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates (Post Pre-Orders)

  • Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the destination and method selected.

  • Delivery Estimates (U.S. & Canada): Typically 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • Tracking: All orders include tracking info, sent via email when your order ships.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.


📫 Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering a valid and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or failed delivery caused by address errors

  • Reshipment costs due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

📦 Discreet Packaging

We ship all orders in minimally marked packaging for customer privacy.
There are no product names or logos on the exterior of the package.
Shipping labels will display Carbonx Technologies LLC as the sender (required for legal compliance), but no branding related to product contents will appear.


🔄 Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Refusal at delivery

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect address

We will contact you with options. You are responsible for re-shipping costs.
If no response is received within 7 days, the order is considered forfeited and non-refundable.


📸 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Responsibility transfers to the carrier once your order is marked as “shipped.”
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, but we will support you in filing a carrier claim.

For damaged products, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will ship you replacement parts at no cost.


🔐 Signature Confirmation & Secure Delivery

If your area is known for package theft, we recommend signature confirmation.
Contact us before your order ships to request this.


🌎 Shipping Eligibility – U.S. & Canada Only

We currently only ship within the United States and Canada.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Any orders placed outside of these regions will be automatically canceled and refunded.
