Questions And Answers
🧩 Product Overview & Differences
What is the M-Series?
The M-Series is a next-generation modular smoking system designed to outperform and outlast anything else on the market. It’s made from CNC-machined aluminum, utilizing medical-grade silicone O-rings. our platforms can be equipped with our M Series filters that eliminate all the harshness without sacrificing potency. Whether you're chasing flavor, unmatched smoothness, the M-Series is built to evolve with you—not become obsolete or shatter in your sink. It’s a platform—one that adapts to your needs, cleans effortlessly, and never locks you into one configuration.
What makes the M-Series different from every other bong or pipe?
Where other products settle for aesthetics or tradition, the M-Series is rooted in engineering. It features dual-stage filtration (HEPA + activated carbon), drop-proof construction, and total modularity. You can swap parts, scale up or down setups on the fly, and maintain your system for many years to come—without ever being locked into a single style or shape.
What’s the difference between the M1, M2, and M3?
- M1: Compact, dry-only system for fast sessions and portability.
- M2: Balanced daily driver with a water chamber for cooling.
- M3: Full-sized setup with maximum airflow and chamber capacity.
All models use the same internal tech and filter technology. The M1 can plug directly into M2/M3 downstems for hybrid setups.
What materials is the M-Series made from?
Every part is selected for durability and safety:
- Anodized CNC-machined aerospace-grade aluminum (body components)
- High Temp Medical-grade silicone O-rings
- High-temp nylon (internal filter frames)
- Certified filtration HEPA and activated carbon medias
Can I disassemble everything for travel or storage?
Definitely. Every part breaks down cleanly and reassembles in seconds. The system was designed for portability, so you can store, transport, or rebuild it without worrying about fragility or complicated fittings.
🌀 Filtration & Performance
Do the filters affect the experience beyond smoothness?
Yes—and it’s something users consistently talk about. Because the filter removes the irritants that cause coughing and throat constriction, your heart rate stays closer to a resting pace. That means your body stays calmer, allowing the cannabinoids to absorb more gradually. Many users report a peak around the 10–15 minute mark, similar to the onset of edibles. The result is a smoother, more introspective high with noticeably reduced anxiety. This hybrid high effect only occurs when the filter is properly used and installed.
Is the airflow adjustable?
Yes. You control airflow by:
- Adjusting water level (M2/M3)
- Filter installed vs. removed
- Carb adapter use
This gives full flexibility over your inhale resistance.
Can I use the M-Series without a filter?
Yes. The M-Series works with or without a filter. Going filterless gives a more raw harsh experience with still-great cooling properties. The filter is optional—but excellent and highly recommended for optimum smoothness.
How does the filter work?
- Insert the filter pod/pods into one or more of the M Series chambers, having the white HEPA filter facing up
- HEPA media (removes ≥99.5% of particles 0.5 microns and above)
- Activated coconut carbon (neutralizes VOCs, tar, odors, and combustion byproducts). These systems together remove harmful debris while preserving vapor-phase cannabinoids.
What are the filters made of?
- M1 Filters: Structured cardboard shell with nylon internal frame
- M2 & M3 Filters: Same filter technology with a larger diameter to account for higher volume filtration
All filters contain certified HEPA media and activated coconut carbon.
Does the filter reduce potency?
No. Cannabinoids remain in vapor form and pass through untouched. The filters only captures ash, tar, and other harmful particulate matter. However there are some exceptions, if you let the smoke sit in the filter medias for an extended period, the vapor phased cannabinoids will eventually get absorbed.
How do I know when to replace the filter?
- Hits feel flat
- Airflow gets really restrictive
- The white HEPA filter side is fairly discolored (yellow/brown/green)
How long does the filter last?
Typically 40–80 bowls depending on user habits, draw length, and bowl size.
🔗 Modularity & Compatibility
Can I buy replacement parts individually?
Absolutely. Mouthpieces, seals, chambers, filters, and more are all sold individually. No need to rebuy full systems— just swap, upgrade, or repair.
Can I customize the look of my M-Series?
Yes. We currently offer anodized aluminum in 7 different finishes, you can create a sleek or chaotic color combo. Every piece is swappable and stackable. This allows our users to create over 10,000 possible unique combinations.
Can I expand my setup over time?
Absolutely. The M-Series is built as a future-proof platform. You can start with a basic setup (like the M1) and gradually add components like water chambers, longer mouthpieces, or concentrate-compatible parts. Each piece is backwards- and forwards-compatible, so your investment continues to grow with your needs.
Can I switch between dry and water setups easily?
Yes. You can convert your M1 to a hybrid water-cooled setup by connecting the M1 parts to the M2/M3 downstem. You can also remove water components to go back to dry. Everything is designed to connect quickly without tools or complex steps.
💧 Water & Usage
Does the M1 use water?
No. It’s a dry system—but it can be attached to M2/M3 downstem to access water cooling.
How much water should I use in the M2 and M3?
Fill the water chamber just over the top of the Downstem Cap. This ensures proper bubbling with little to no splash back.
Will heavy pulls splash water into my mouth?
Very unlikely. The M-Series includes spiderweb style diffusers designed to eliminate splash back while at the same time significantly cooling the smoke.
Can I switch between hot and cold water?
Yes. While room-temperature water is the standard, many users experiment with ice-cold water for smoother draws or warm water to open up flavor notes.
🧼 Care & Maintenance
How do I clean the M-Series?
Disassemble the parts and put them in the dishwasher. If you'd rather not stink up the place then wipe down with a warm, wet rag or soak in 90%+ isopropyl alcohol and rinse with warm water. Always dry with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
What should I avoid when cleaning?
Don’t use wire brushes or metal picks on seals or anodized aluminum. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and strong acids or alkalis.
How often should I clean the M-Series?
It depends on use, but we recommend wiping down after every few sessions and deep-cleaning at least once a week if you're a regular user. Heavier users or concentrate users may want to clean more frequently.
How do I store the M-Series when not in use?
Keep it disassembled or at least remove the filter if you’re not using it for a few days. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
What should I do if water gets into the filter?
Remove the filter immediately and allow it to fully dry. Avoid wetting of the filter to prevent degradation and microbial growth.
