🚫 No Returns After Shipment
All sales are final once an order has been shipped. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on shipped items. Please verify your order details before submitting.
💸 Refunds for Unshipped Orders
If you contact us before your order has shipped, you may request a refund. A 95% refund of the order total will be issued to cover processing and administrative fees incurred during the transaction.
To request a refund prior to shipment:

We will respond within 1–2 business days. If the order has not yet shipped by the first email timestamp, a 95% refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives with:

Missing parts

Manufacturing defects

Replacement Eligibility:

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Send photos of the damage/defect along with your order number to support@carbonxlabs.com

Approved claims will receive replacement parts at no cost
We do not require return of the damaged item, but we reserve the right to request additional information to verify a claim.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for the following:

Used items or items removed from original packaging

Damage due to misuse, modification, or improper cleaning

Orders where the shipping address was incorrect at the time of purchase

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in a permanent ban from future purchases. Our support team is here to help and will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues.
